I don't want to even try to think of how many times I have tried to lose weight in the past, but I didn't know how.
I tried everything from atkins to fasting, somehow I was eating 800 calories a day and still not losing any weight.
Anyways, I somehow managed to gain 20lbs in a year (buying a house is super stressful and mashed potatoes and
cheesecake were my best friend ) and decided it was diet time when my pants started getting tight. There was NO
WAY I was going to buy larger jeans, NO WAY. I decided to give eDiets a shot, and losing weight has never
been easier. It's like $20 to join for a month and it was the best $20 I've spent ever.
You pick out meals that are pretty easy to make, then print out a shopping list.
If you pick a few different meals to alternate on days (ie pick 2 lunches and 2 dinners, and alternate days) so
you don't have to buy a billion things at the super market. Cook for a few days and freeze it. It's harder
to mess up your diet if the food you need to eat just needs to be microwaved, right? They have a bunch of
programs to choose from, even a vegetarian program which I'm on and I love it.

OK..I never buy into this stuff but I found the Website of my dreams....It sets up my menu for the entire week
or per day depending on how I want it..it is set up for how you want to eat (lofat, locarb etc) and it allows
you to customize it if you wish. It also..and this part totally Rocks! ...sets up a shopping list split up in
sections of the grocery store w/ what you need to buy for the week of food you have chosen. I love that part..
I print out my week & I stick to it, I have structure which I love but I can also switch it last minute if I
need to as long as I keep my calories to that specific number for that meal. It gives you fast food choices,
recipes are available broken down for each & every meal if you want them. I have picked meals for dinner that
are family friendly & then I shop for more than the shopping lists says as Im now cooking for a family but I
keep my portion to the size suggested. I find I am saving money at the grocery store because I'm not runnin
back n forth and buying stuff that is gonna spoil. I cannot say enough good...and for the first time in 3 months
the scale is dropping so obviously MY calorie counting was no good.
It may not work for everyone but I love it!
Good luck!
