The difference between Fullbars and FullBars Fit is that are designed for different needs.
Fullbar is a great way to stay full between meals: they help you avoid snacking on high-calorie
junk food by reducing your cravings. Fullbar Fit is high in protein and can be used
when you are most likely to overeat: eating Fullbar Fit with one 8-ounce glass of water 30 minutes before your two main meals of the day
helps decrease your overall consumption. Or you can eat Fullbar Fit when you need more protein for recovery, added fullness or fuel.

FullBars: Do they really work?
Customer Rewiews
Sitting here in my loose work clothes! Whoo-hoo
"I'm been full-baring for ten days now and am down seven pounds. I was really surprised at how well these products work. It seems to me that they do more than just fill you up. They're also supposed to help you reduce cravings. My sense is that the medical aspect of these bars is that they decompose sort of slowly in your body and keep your blood sugar relatively constant -- unlike the Fiber One bar. I'm assuming that's the medical function of the sugary coating on the puffed wheat, and why one can't just eat a bowl of puffed wheat cereal and have the same effect.
In my case, I feel pleasantly full most of the day through having one an hour before lunch and one an hour before dinner. In the beginning, I felt almost grossly overfull all the time, and had trouble even having a small dinner, but this seems to have resolved itself. Since I'm no longer starving, I no longer binge. I eat the full bar an hour before dinner and then am pleasantly full enough to plan and make a healthy dinner. I also attended a party last week where there were cheese burgers and cookies and lots of sweets and I had -- a seven up. This was a first for me, but I wasn't hungry, so I wasn't tempted.
The other thing I've noticed is that I'm losing weight without having any of those nasty ketosis-like symptoms. I don't have headaches or bad breath or that nasty feeling you sometimes have when you're losing weight. Your digestive system may seem more active than usual -- and you may be thirsty and want to drink more water, but other than that you'll feel like yourself (only thinner!).
Full bars are nowhere near as yummy as Fiber One, but they really help me manage my cravings. (Peanut butter is the best tasting, but the puffed wheat tends to taste a little soggy and stale. but I'd probably eat asbestos if it helped me this much with my weight. I'm having no problem getting past the taste.) Also, other than the peanut butter and the chocolate, the bars all kind of taste the same -- the cranberry tasted the same as the chocolate, in my opinion.
Also, I'm getting to the point where even the whole bar seems too much, so I may experiment with only having half a bar. But here's the thing -- this is the first time in my life, I've been able to stop HALFWAY THROUGH A MEAL because I realized I was full. I eat slower now, I enjoy my food more and am hopefully developing good habits. Yeah, Fullbar!"
Works sometimes, lots of calories per bar
"I've been eating Full Bars before meals for about a week and a half. I'm nearing forty and have had a very difficult time losing weight after my third child was born over three years ago. I'm not overweight, but would like to lose about 12 pounds. When I first starting using the bars, I felt that they worked quite well at helping me feel full sooner at meal time. They also helped me with hunger throughout the day. For example, I didn't feel like I needed a snack at 3 or 4 o'clock. With that said, a week and a half later I'm not sure it's working as well anymore at curbing my hunger. The other thing is, these bars have quite a few calories (chocolate has 160). The way I see it, in order to lose weight with the Full Bar you have to consider the calories in these bars in your overall daily caloric intake. I really think eating the bars before meals could actually lead to weight gain if you're not really meticulous at counting calories at meal time. With that said, a week and a half later I haven't lost any weight with the Full Bar. These bars might be better at helping one maintain weight rather than lose weight."
Keeps me from snacking
"I am going to give full bar a four star. I would give it five, but it's pricy and not very tasty. However, I have to say, when I eat one in the afternoon , it keeps me from snacking later and I eat much less for dinner. I am a big nightime snacker, love sweets every night, and now I don't crave them at all and have been losing weight. I would suggest to buy a couple of bars before making any big commitments and see if it works for you. BTW - I only need one bar a day."
Not worth the money
"Based on the reviews and that they were the healthiest approach to eating less, I decided to give these a try. I ordered the chocolate and the peanut butter. I wasn't horribly disappointed with the taste, but the main ingredient is like Kashi cereal so it takes a little like cardboard and leaves a bad after-taste. The main thing I was disappointed in was the effectiveness of making me feel full...I followed the directions and they only seemed to work the first two days or so. This might be because of the schedule I am on: a full time college student with a part time job, which keeps me pretty busy and wanting to eat whenever I get a chance. At any rate, I ate just as much when I was doing the FullBars so they were extra cals and a waste of money. "
These Work, And I Like the Berry.
"I bought a variety pack and I liked the Cocoa chip the least. I liked the cranberry and berry the best, but I like fruit more than I like the flavor of chocolate.
But I ended up using them all in the variety pack I bought. And these really work, if you use them right. I carry one in my purse, and follow the directions.
I usually take 16 ounces of water (a water bottle) and drink the whole thing with the fullbar.
It's not a super-fast way to lose, but I hate diet pills because they make me feel so jittery and make me sick to my stomach. I lost 6 pounds in one month. And they help with your regularity, because of all the fiber and water. That's pretty good for me. I'm happy with the result..."
Nothing New
"This product is not some miracle that's going to fill you up and make you eat less. It works on the simple concept that if you eat a snack before your main meal, you won't be so ravenous that you overeat. You still have to make a conscious decision to stop eating long before you feel stuffed. In fact, the fullbar program recommends small portions and no seconds.
In my opinion, you could get the same benefit with less calories by eating any low cal snack such as unsweetened puffed wheat cereal (the main ingredient of fullbar), a couple of hard boiled eggs, a salad, or two large glasses of water. "
Full bar weightloss
"The Full bar made me feel full a while after eating it. I guess it was the puffed wheat in it, soaking up the water. The nice thing about it is that it is not full of fiber. That much fiber could cause a problem. SO far so good with the product. Not long enough to tell if it really helps the eight loss but easier than surgery! "
Full bars work!
"I started using full bar about 2 weeks ago. Not only do they give you that feeling of being satisfied, they also hold off your hunger longer than if you do not have a full bar. I don't usually like diet products because most of them don't do anything that will power alone won't do, but these do keep me from going off of my diet. They satisfy my large appetite. I don't like the peanut butter flavor, but that is just my own personal taste. Keep in mind that if you want to lose weight you do actually have to take in fewer calories, but I find that the full bars keep me from having cravings and they do make me feel satisfied. You do have to drink the water for them to work. For breakfast I have a full bar and smear peanut butter on it. I don't even have to eat anything else and it holds me up until a late lunch. Without full bar I am hungry again by about 10:00 after breakfast. In 2 weeks I lost 7 pounds on full bar. The only 2 flavors I've tried are chocolate and peanut butter. I like chocolate. "
