South Beach Living Meal Replacement Bars Customer Reviews:

Really good!
"I've tried every protein bar out there, and don't care for most of them. The South Beach bars are different. No, they aren't a Snickers bar, but they don't have the taste and consistency of chalk either. Imagine a rice crispy treat, with protein instead of all the sticky sweet. I think they're great."

Healthy, tasty, filling....,
"I'm not on South Beach, but I LOVE these... In fact, I'm doing Weight Watchers, and these bars are about 4 points. What I find is that splitting one in half is a GREAT 2-point snack. Sweet, chewy, chocolaty, filling. I love the fact that it's got a lot of protein and fiber, and not a lot of sugar or fat. It's a good alternative to candy bars, which are my weakness... And I agree with the other reviews, most of these types of bars taste terrible, but these are great."

A healthy snack, July 17, 2006
"Good nutrition: high in protein and fiber, low in fat. They taste much better than expected, but have a drink handy because they're dry and chewy. A good snack for anyone, not just those on diets. "
