"Ordered once and was so pleased I am ordering again with shipments to family/friends. These bars are delicious, like a somewhat sweet dessert treat, but only have 90 calories per bar. Good for breakfast or an anytime snack with good selection of flavors. Pricing is good, particularly on special and with free shipping."

"The Special K "Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Snack Bars" are VERY good tasting treats. While not diabetic friendly due to the high sugar content (11g out of 14g Net Carbs), these are much better for you than regular candy bars and every bit as good. These bars are somewhat smaller than a regular candy bar and only have 110 Calories (30 of them from Fat). They also provide 4g of Protein and have no Cholesterol. These are a great snack for those on a diet or if you are just trying to limmit the amount of calories from snacking.
